Biography
Richard is Group Manager responsible for UK, European and International project work in Processes and Environments at HR Wallingford Limited. Richard has a BSc (Hons) in Geography and PhD from Royal Holloway, University of London. In his role as a Principal Scientist in marine sediment transport and geomorphology he provides management, direction and technical input to research and consultancy projects. Richard has published in conference proceedings and journals and has written two books for the Department of Environment Transport Regions.
