Biography
Richard Morgan works at the Environment Agency as a Technical Specialist in an Area Groundwater and Contaminated Land Team. His role is varied but generally focuses on supporting customers and colleagues to protect the quantity and quality of groundwater in principal aquifers. To develop his himself, Richard has taken on part-time assignments working on ammonia emissions from permitted agricultural sites, groundwater protection for conventional onshore oil and gas sites and inventorying emissions of key atmospheric pollutants from permitted industrial activities. Richard’s incident role as a National Air Quality Tactical Advisor sees him work with partners to response to significant fires, explosions or chemical release.
