Biography
Tina joins Willis Re having held senior leadership roles in analytics, research, and digital solutions spanning a career across catastrophe model vendors, property & casualty insurance, reinsurance, and reinsurance brokers. Previously, she was named as one of Insurance Business UK’s Elite Women 2025 for her leadership in launching the Gallagher Research Centre and co-founding a Disaster Risk Management group with the Royal Geographical Society, where she is a Chartered Geographer. In addition, Tina is a fellow of the Remote Sensing and Photogrammetry Society. She holds a PhD in Geomatic Engineering from UCL and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
