Biography
Alex Reading graduated with a BSC (Hons) in Surveying Science from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne in 1987. After working as a surveyor and then technical sales representative, in 1991 he joined what is currently the Defence Geographic Centre and has worked as a Defence Geographer in a variety of roles ever since. He is currently responsible for leading the Research Function to enable the supply of Foundation geospatial information to Defence.
