Biography
Ella is an experienced ecological professional with a diverse interdisciplinary background and a technical specialism in biodiversity net gain. Ella has skills and experience in terrestrial and riverine ecology, biodiversity net gain, habitat management and conservation and is a member of internal and external biodiversity net gain groups. Ella directs high profile projects such as renewable energy, residential and commercial infrastructure, research projects and habitat creation, enhancement and restoration. This involves the provision of technical advice and guidance as well as reporting such as EcIA and BNG assessments. Ella is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Water and Environmental Management, a Chartered Water and Environment Manager and a Chartered Environmentalist and is also a member of the Society for the Environment and the International Water Association. Ella is also a Fellow of the Linnean Society of London.
