Biography
Katie is a Chartered Principal GIS Consultant and team leader with experience delivering geospatial solutions on a wide range of projects from Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects through to environmental projects for local authorities. Through her project work Katie has experience leading geospatial project teams; gathering requirements from key stakeholders; delivering training; running workshops; contributing to digital/geospatial strategies. Her recent experience leading the GIS team at Sizewell C drew on these skills: from implementation of a GIS solution in the client’s IT environment; through to leading the team doing the day-to-day maintenance of the solution and associated geospatial data; and developing innovative tools in response to client use cases. Katie’s technical skills include data management, data conversion and analysis, database design and maintenance, mobile data collection, map production and automation of workflows. Katie has extensive experience with ESRI GIS software including management and administration of ArcGIS Online and ESRI Enterprise.
