Biography
Alan is a teacher, author and freelance geography consultant. He has written or co-written over 40 books including children's books, textbooks for KS3-5 and academic books. He has written resources for many organisations and companies and presented at hundreds of events in the UK and internationally. He was GA President in 2021-2 and is Vice President of the RGS for 2024-2028.
