Ciaran has over 13 years’ experience working primarily in the water sector in consulting and data analysis roles. As the Digital Lead for WSP's UK Water business,Ciaran is responsible for collaborating across the wider water team todrive the digital transformation strategy. This includes defining the digital offering for the water business, developing a network of digital champions, and creating a digital delivery structure. The role involves communicating the digital strategy to colleagues to build buy-in, identifying future trends and technologies, and ensuring that skills are aligned with market needs. I am focused on improving the sharing of digital knowledge and best practices across teams and building the external profile and reputation of the organsation through thought leadership and client propositions related to digital delivery.
