Biography
I am a passionate educator, mentor and leadership practitioner with experience leading and developing individuals and teams in high-pressure, high-risk environments. My approach is calm, organised and positive, enabling me to communicate effectively, inspire confidence and help others achieve meaningful results. I am motivated by supporting people from all backgrounds to realise their personal, professional and team potential. As Director of Outdoor Education and a Geography teacher, I believe the natural environment provides one of the most powerful classrooms. By combining challenge with support, I encourage individuals to step beyond their comfort zones, develop resilience, build confidence and discover what they are capable of achieving. I am a strong advocate of creating high-challenge, low-threat learning environments where people feel safe to take risks, reflect on their experiences and grow into capable, confident leaders.
