Biography
David Moody is a Production Manager at Ordnance Survey (OS), leading a team of 13 surveyors. David utilises GIS software to plan and deliver production programmes and initiatives, ensuring customer requirements are met on time and to required quality standards. David has over 15 years experience working in the Geospatial sector, firstly with HM Land Registry (HMLR) then OS. An experienced GIS Land surveyor, previously responsible for the survey of new sites using GNSS, Total stations and graphic methodology to capture topographic and location data using ESRI software. David also acted as the Quality Control Lead and Best Practice Co-ordinator for his wider regional group, involved with drafting Standard Operating Procedures and training material before moving to his current role.
