Fraser is currently an Associate Director in WSP’s Bristol office. Over his 22 years of experience, Fraser has developed a strong holistic understanding across the transport sector. This has been acquired through his involvement in a wide variety of projects for private developers, large governmental bodies and local authorities.Fraser has experience and knowledge across a wide spectrum of transportation areas including future mobility, major scheme project management, preliminary highway and cycle facility design, junction assessment modelling, strategic highway modelling, development control for a number of clients, strategic land development, and stakeholder & public consultation.
