Biography
Geography MSc from Bristol. Geography PGCE from Oxford. I have taught for 20 years including 15 as Head of Geography. I currently reside in Cambridge and work as Director of Educational Visits for The Perse School. I am an active member of the Geographical Association and am currently spearheading the launch of the UK National Geography Olympiad, being first sat in November 2026. I sit on the Cambridge and District GA Committee. I run local WorldWise quizzes and Cambridge GeogMeet. I have presented multiple times at conferences. I promote aid relief mapping through the NGO Missing Maps. My special interests lie in climate change, international migration and development. I am a CGeog.
