Biography

I have worked for the local authority for 35 years in a range of disciplines from architecture to civil engineering and became an early adopter of GIS in 1996 establishing a digital land terrier map of the council’ land holdings and assets. Since then I have created a corporate wide GIS with over 220 spatial data layers ranging from planning constraints, asset management, legal and statutory data, This has been delivered using both propriety and in-house GIS systems.
