Biography
Joe Clark is the lead for Ballistic Range Safety Modelling/Mapping for British forces based in UK and abroad and has written the UK standard approach for range survey for weapon danger area modelling. Over 20 countries have now adopted his geographical methods using MOD developed Weapon Danger Area Lab (WDALab) mapping software and bespoke Land Survey techniques. Being an employee of the UK MOD, he is at the forefront of Geography in a specialist area, applying Land Survey, GIS and software engineering.
