Lee Powell is a strategic geospatial leader with extensive experience delivering enterprise GIS solutions across defence, government, and commercial sectors. He currently serves as Technical Director for Geospatial at Jacobs, where he acts as Technical Lead for a 100-strong team across Europe, shaping technical strategy, driving innovation, and embedding spatial thinking into major infrastructure and digital transformation programmes. Lee is known for recovering complex projects, aligning technology with business goals, and mentoring emerging professionals. His expertise spans cloud architecture, spatial data infrastructure, and geospatial product development, and he is a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Europe and globally.
