Biography
Marc is a fluvial geomorphologist with over 25 years’ experience in developing sustainable solutions to flood risk, river and land management issues. He specialises in nature-based engineering, natural flood management, catchment management and river restoration. Previously Marc was Head of Hydrology and Hydraulics in Atkins’ Flood Risk Management Team. He spent the early part of his career in the flood risk and water resource functions of the Environment Agency.
