With over 37 years of experience in geospatial roles, he has built a broad and deep expertise across the discipline. His career spans geospatial web service development, programme and project management, and leadership roles including Head of Learning and Development. Martin is now focused on delivering high-quality geospatial data and products to meet customer needs, ensuring reliable and effective support to Defence activity. Alongside this, he plays a key role in shaping organisational transformation, leading strategy development and supporting its implementation across the business. He is also actively involved in recruiting and developing the next generation of geospatial specialists, helping to strengthen capability for the future. Known for his practical leadership and commitment to delivery, Martin brings a strong track record of adapting to change and driving continuous improvement.
