Biography

I am a results-oriented leader with over 20 years of experience in the civil engineering industry. My career is defined by a unique combination of fiscal discipline, managing multi-million-dollar P&L portfolios, and subject matter expertise in water resource management and climate resilience. Currently, as an Associate Vice President at AECOM, I direct a multi-disciplinary team of over 85 staff members. I focus on operational performance, delivery excellence, regional growth strategies and leveraging advanced business analytics to monitor portfolio risks. I am passionate about the integration of Artificial Intelligence into workflows to enhance technical accuracy and delivery timelines.
