Biography
Owen is an Associate Director within the WSP Planning – Land Referencing team, who support the development of major infrastructure projects by delivering land referencing services which lead to the production of the statutory documentation required to successfully apply for powers to acquire land to construct and maintain infrastructure. The team has a diverse range of skills and is based in nine offices across the UK and further afield. His focus in on providing the framework for excellent technical delivery across the many projects that we work on through developing best practice methodologies and providing training, guidance and mentoring to achieve this aim. Recent projects that he has held (or currently holds) key roles on include HS2, Transpennine Route Upgrade, Crossrail, Thameslink and Birmingham New Street Station re-development.
