Biography
I am a retired Geography teacher and as well as a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society. I have also been a member of the Geographical Association for over 50 years. Since retiring from the classroom in 2008, I have continued to advise teachers and help new teachers in both the Primary Sector and Secondary Section. I retired this last year from being Geography Tutor as a member of the Education Department of the University of Buckingham (Worked with them from 2008 until Summer 2024 as both Geography PGCE tutor and MA supervisor). I live in Nottingham and am involved with Geographical Education, through my role on SATIPS Council and my links with Schools and teachers as well as reviewing Geography publications.
