Biography
I have 18 years experience working in the Geospatial field with the last 11 years at Jacobs. I have been the Geospatial lead for Ireland for the last 8 years. I have worked with multiple Irish government departments in my time , where I have led on digital transformations and GIS lead for some of the largest infrastructure projects in Ireland. I have also worked on helping the next generation of GIS including lecturing in Trinity College Dublin, supporting Esri for Schools programme and working as early career lead for Europe for Jacobs geospatial. Outside of the industry I have also been the official cartographer for the Worldcon (Scifi and Fantasy convention) event in Dublin 2019 as well as a geographic advisor and reviewer for a range of books.
