With a professional background in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) for the management and visualisation of geospatial data, Phil is focused on developing technology solutions to maximise the value of digital data from project to enterprise level. For 25 years, Phil has been pioneering GIS solutions across UK infrastructure and engineering projects through feasibility, design, permitting and consenting, construction and operational phases. Focusing most recently on the UK Civil Nuclear industry, Phil has led on GIS development projects for Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) primarily at Sellafield Ltd. and Low-Level Waste Repository (LLWR) as well as the DCO planning application and overall digital data management at Wylfa for Horizon Nuclear Power.
