Biography
Russell has over 20 years' of technical leadership, collaboration and best practice, with considerable experience of working on major infrastructure projects including renewable energy, transport (road and rail) and detailed spatial analysis. Delivery has included intelligent web-based mapping platforms for collaboration and data sharing, the interpretation and presentation of complex environmental analysis and creating automated workflows to analyse and present data at a national level. In current employment Russell works for a government-owned renewable energy company in Wales looking to develop onshore wind and solar projects to help the country achieve its net zero targets.
