Biography

Geographic Information Systems (GIS) expert focused on the development of innovative solutions by utilising technical skills and knowledge in transportation, asset management, spatial/data analysis, automation, and coding. These skills have been developed and applied in multiple sectors with highlights including agriculture, validating climate models for agricultural production; aviation, building 3D aerodromes in GIS for obstacle detection; and transportation, most recently applying GIS, Python and machine learning capabilities to optimise the installation of new EV charging infrastructure. Currently positioned as a Principal GIS Consultant at Mott MacDonald, a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, primarily involved in the geotechnical and/or drainage asset management technical support for clients including National Highways and Network Rail.
