Stephen Wilson specialises in geographic information systems and geospatial analysis, with over 20 years’ experience across government, aerospace, defence and commercial sectors. He applies geographic principles to the design, analysis and communication of spatial information, supporting evidence-based decision-making and complex system understanding. His work spans geospatial data management, spatial standards, mapping and visualisation, and the integration of GIS within large-scale technical and regulatory environments. With a strong academic foundation in Geographic Information Science, he is committed to promoting best practice in applied geography and the effective use of spatial data to address real-world challenges.
