Biography
Tom has over fifteen years of experience in geospatial data and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). He began his career at HM Land Registry (HMLR) as a caseworker, processing legal entries and integrating conveyance plan details onto Ordnance Survey (OS) mapping. Transitioning to a Surveyor role, he conducted land and boundary surveys. In 2013, he transferred to OS as a Field Surveyor, utilising GIS, GNSS equipment, and surveying techniques to maintain OS geospatial data. He later became a Production Manager and is now a Senior Production Manager. In this role, Tom leads a team of five Production Managers and one Production Consultant, overseeing three regional groups and the OS Unmanned Aerial Systems team in the operational delivery of OS data.
