In William's current capacity as a principal engineer at Atkins, a global design, engineering and project management consultancy, he has been able to apply his wide ranging geographical and engineering skills across a broad range of projects. Using technical expertise and strong project management skills he has always delivered high-quality cost-effective solutions to clients, whilst helping to shape the built environment in a positive and sustainable manner. William has over 14 years of experience within surface, waste water and water engineering, as well as highway engineering, planning and asset management. William has delivered many successful projects, including high level and detailed engineering designs, hydraulic models, drainage area plans and catchment studies, surveying and GIS projects. This experience has been gained through work with planning and highways teams at Gloucestershire County Council and Gloucestershire Highways and at Atkins, where William has produced work for water companies, various government organisations, housing associations and private developers.
