Biography
Allison is responsible for maintaining, monitoring and improving JBA’s Integrated Management System. The IMS brings together the environmental, quality, health and safety and information security management systems and Allison plays a key role in maintaining its certification to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 27001:2013 and OHSAS 18001:2007. Allison’s previous experience as a project manager at JBA and the Environment Agency included presenting many courses on the economic assessment of flood risk management proposals and the project management of flood risk and emergency planning projects including several multi-agency training exercises. She has a BSc in Geography and Landscape Studies from Southampton University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from the University of Northampton.
