Biography
Caroline is experienced in the use of GIS to improve decision making and communication. With over 20 years of experience in Local Government at District, County, and Borough Councils, Caroline has been involved in countless projects using spatial data to improve services. With skills gained from a BSc (Hons) in Cartography from Oxford Brookes University Caroline started working as a Planning Technician. Caroline studied part-time to complete an MSc in Geographic Information Science from University College London and progressed into roles with responsibility for IT service delivery. Now working as Business Intelligence, Geographic Information Systems & Data Manager for The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Caroline puts her skills and experience into practice by delivering innovative projects, promoting the work of talented colleagues, and supporting others through coaching and mentoring programmes.
