Biography
Carrie is a GIS Analyst for Natural England. Carrie's role has involved providing GIS support in the form of maps, analysis, statistics, data release/acquisition and GPS surveying and training. Carrie has predominantly worked in the environmental field and has been involved in a wide variety of projects from landscape impact assessments for public enquiries to how the natural environment can help alleviate various health conditions. Carrie has enjoyed creating bespoke GIS courses, the highlight being a course which was rolled out nationally for fellow GIS colleagues within Natural England. Carrie is currently working on the England Coast Path – a new national trail around the coast of England, the completion of which is due in 2020.
