Biography

Jo Coles is an experienced geography teacher, who has past service as head of department and Assistant Head Teacher, and is currently acting as a consultant whilst on maternity break. Through this consultancy, Jo works with trainee and experienced teachers, provides CPD opportunities, authors resources and textbooks, and works with academics to share the latest research thinking with the teaching community. Jo has been honoured to be a recipient of the Ordnance Survey Teacher RGS Award, as well as other awards including Microsoft Innovative Teacher, GA Centre of Excellence, etc. She is particularly interested in teacher training, coaching and mentoring.
