Biography
Kate has been a teacher since 2009, and is currently Subject Leader for Geography at Barton Peveril College. She has been a CGeog since 2016, the same year she won the RGS/IBG Teaching Award for Excellence in Geographical Teaching at the Secondary Level. Additionally, she is an examiner, author, contributor to the Tutor2u Geography programme, member of the GA Post-16 Special Interest Group and member of the external advisory board for Southampton University Geography and Environmental Science Department.
