Katherine is an Associate Environmental Consultant, with 20 years' experience shaping environmental policy, including emissions assessments and mitigation strategies at local, regional, national and international levels. She is technical lead and champion for an initiative to embed low carbon approaches into AtkinsRéalis’ global projects. Her previous roles include consultancy advice for Low Emission Partnership, a group of local authorities working to reduce transport emissions, Air Quality Policy Lead at Canterbury Regional Council, New Zealand, and consultant for both Entec UK Ltd. and TNEI Ltd. Values driven, her career has focused on achieving meaningful environmental change. Outside of work, she is Co-Chair of Governors for a local primary school, passionate about education and inspiring the next generation.
