Biography

I am a development transport planning professional with specialist experience in planning for new developments and assessing people movements to, from and within schemes with a range of sectors such as energy, health, leisure, retail, employment and residential sectors. We work on projects across the breadth of the country. As a Director at Motion, I lead and work closely with our team to deliver practical, cost-effective and deliverable transport planning solutions for clients. My approach to projects is grounded in logical, common-sense advice and early collaboration with our infrastructure engineers, to ensure that deliverable transport and access strategies are identified from the outset. My academic background includes a Master’s degree in Transport Planning and Practice from the University of Surrey, taught by industry professionals and focused on best practice across key areas of the profession, as well as a BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Portsmouth.
