Biography
Michelle has a BA (Leeds) in Social Sciences and English Literature. Since 2016, Michelle has served on the World Evangelical Alliance (WEA) Refugee Task Force. She is a Representative for WEA to the United Nations, Geneva. As an Independent International Development Researcher, Michelle has written several papers. She served as a Member of the Beyond 2015 European Task Force and participated in workshops and United Nations meetings regarding the Post-2015 Framework. This process culminated in the adoption of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Michelle has previously worked voluntarily for several non-government organisations. Her own international experience comes from working with projects for ‘at risk’ children in Romania, Mozambique, South Africa, India, Brazil, Mexico, Guatemala and UK.
