Biography

Nicola Rhodes joined the Defence Geographic Centre in November 2019 fresh out of university having completed a BSc (Hons) in Geography and a MSc in Hazard and Disaster Management. Her experience spans a range of geospatial activities including digital vector data capture, metadata creation, managing and evaluating geographic materials to create products or fulfil requests for information in support of military Operations and Exercises. In her current roles she is leading on a Geospatial Data Loss Prevention and Bulk Data Migration activity promoting information security, interoperability and data accessibility.
