Biography
Rebecca Porter is the Ministry of Defence (MoD) Scientific Adviser embedded in UK Space Command with a focus on Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) activities, known as Earth Observation (EO) in the civilian world. She works for the MoD’s Chief Scientific Adviser (CSA) providing impartial Science & Technology (S&T) advice to UK Space Command. Her focus is on ISR activities, but her remit also extends to other space domains within the Command.
