Biography
Sylwia is a Senior GIS Specialist with a background in Ecology, Rail, Utilities, Cadastral / Land Registry and basic Geology department. She has been working on projects in both Poland and the UK, with an overall 16 years’ experience. She has been leading GIS for EIA on HS2 Phase 2a project and Digital PM to Digital Development for conducting and managing environmental surveys. She also led GIS support for EIA on projects like "Future LuToN: Making best use of our runway" and Alexander Stadium. She has an interest and experience in automating processes with FME, database design and management and growing interest in using GIS for UNSDG. She has been organising GISday celebrations each year since 2015.
