Biography
Catherine is a Chartered Geographer and Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society with over 20 years consultancy experience covering Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and network operations. Catherine specialises in the operational, driver interface and business elements of ITS, helping clients articulate and formulate their required outcomes and interfacing between those needs and detailed technical and operational solutions that meet them. Catherine’s consultancy skills cover those elements required in the implementation of ITS and operational outcomes, namely developing plans and strategies, defining operational and driver outcomes and measuring the success of interventions. She has also supported the WSP consultancy business through recruitment, training, defining best practice and developing processes and systems to ensure right first time delivery and best practice.
