Biography
Sonia Pérez is a Senior Consultant at IOD PARC where she sits within the Health workstream. She is an experienced evaluator and researcher with over twelve years of experience in the International Development sector, conducting complex evaluations for multilateral and UN agencies. She has worked on Strategic Country Programme evaluations, as well as formative, summative, and thematic evaluations across diverse contexts in sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. Her particular thematic areas of interest include WASH, HIV/AIDS, infectious/non-communicable disease and gender, in both developmental and humanitarian settings. She is currently the President (2025-2026) of the Rotary e-Club of WASH (D999).
