Biography
Tara Tanoz-Sargeant works with the Mainline and Suburban rail benchmarking groups at the transport strategy centre. She has a background in both practical and academic aspects of transport. Before joining the TSC, Tara worked at the Department for Transport as a Senior transport modeller. Prior to that Tara worked in consultancy at AECOM, in the Transport Planning division. She worked on microsimulation and strategic modelling projects across various high profile assignments. Tara has an Undergraduate degree in Geography and a masters degree in Transportation Planning and Engineering from the University of Southampton. More recently she has obtained a Masters degree in Public Policy and Management from SOAS.
