Digital Geographies Research Group committee vacancies

The Digital Geographies Research Group (DGRG)'s upcoming AGM will be held online on the 14 September 10.00am-11.00am. To attend the AGM and receive the joining link, please register via this Eventbrite link.

We welcome all members of this mailing list whether you are a member of the RGS-IBG or not.

We will use the AGM to review the research group's activities over the past year, highlight upcoming plans, and share information about the online committee election process. As with last year, we will be following an online election process to ensure those who cannot attend the AGM can still nominate themselves for committee positions and engage in the election process. The positions that will be up for election are as follows:

Chair (must hold RGS-IBG Fellowship)
Events Coordinator
Social Media Coordinator

Further information about these roles will be shared at the AGM and via our mailing list and social media after the AGM. Guidance about the election process will also be shared including information about the nomination process and the online voting.

Thank you to everyone who has engaged with the DGRG over the past year, and we hope to see many of you online at the AGM on 14 September.
