We’re delighted to launch two new interactive StoryMaps to support Key Stage 3 geographers as they begin their investigations into two fascinating countries – China and South Africa.

Both StoryMaps are designed to support independent learning, while offering explanations and visuals to help students build geographical knowledge.

China

Our China StoryMap guides learners through the country’s history, environments and development, covering major human and physical geography topics.

Pupils can use these activities to deepen their appreciation of China’s evolving role in the modern world.

South Africa

Our South Africa StoryMap introduces pupils to the country’s rich cultural diversity, physical landscapes, and key geographical themes.

They can explore at their own pace and complete short tasks to learn about major cities, environmental regions and the incredible contrasts that make South Africa such a rich nation.
