About the Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an opportunity to learn about the Society's achievements over the past year and goals for the future, as well as to elect new Council members.

The AGM is held every June.

Our Annual General Meetings are both held in person and streamed online.

To attend the AGM in-person, you will need to book a ticket and bring your membership card with you on the day.

If you can't attend in person, you can watch the AGM livestream on the day. Please note you will need to be logged in to your RGS web account to view the livestream. You do not need to book to watch the AGM online.
