Our strategic plan provides a clear statement of where the Society is heading.
Our work is guided by a strategic plan which provides the context, focus and aspirations for the Society’s development. The strategic plan is supported by implementation, business and fundraising plans, as well as a comprehensive risk review. Annual operating plans are derived from these documents.
We hold a passionate belief in the value of understanding our world. The overarching rationale behind our strategic plan is to strengthen and share that understanding for the benefit of all.
