Futures for All is a UK social mobility charity supporting young people from state schools and colleges access real-world experiences, hear from inspirational speakers, and discover new opportunities.

Work experience programme

Futures for All offers a mix of in-person and remote placements, as well as shorter Insight Days, in partnership with hundreds of leading UK employers.

Their work experience programme helps students build practical skills, confidence and a clearer sense of what different careers are really like, while giving employers the chance to inspire and support the next generation.

This fully funded programme is open to 14 to 19-year-olds in state schools and colleges across the country. Students can explore opportunities that match their interests and goals using their Work Experience Finder, with clear guidance on how and where to get started.

Speakers for schools

Supporting both in-person and virtual inspirational talks and career talks through a network of more than 1,500 speakers and employers.

The aim is to share life lessons, advice, and insights into a speaker’s own career journey and their sector, which demystifies careers and pathways, builds self-belief, fuels ambitions, and helps 11 to 19-year-old state-educated students to imagine what they could be in the future and achieve success.
