Skills training and employment for young people and adults
Groundwork offers free accredited training courses, 1-2-1 career coaching, paid job placements and much more, all tailored to your abilities, interests, skills and circumstances.
Grants and Funding
Throughout the year, Groundwork has a selection of grants open for applications. Each grant focuses on a key geographical or developmental area, depending on the funding source and priorities of the funders and partners.
The grants focus spans crucial areas such as the revitalization of green spaces, advancements in health and education, and the promotion of social integration.
Community work
Supporting communities to come together and change the places they live for the better, while also developing new skills, growing in confidence and making new friends.
Groundwork also run community gardens, allotments and youth clubs, working with communities to organise events and create spaces for play, socialising and wellbeing.
