UK Youth is a youth work charity with a vision that all young people are equipped to thrive and empowered to contribute at every stage of their lives.

From outdoor learning and physical literacy to mental health and employment, UK youth reach and engage young people who do not traditionally have access to personal development opportunities.

Summer Jobs Programme

This summer programme offers paid summer work placements for 16-25 year olds who are at risk of violence.

The six-week programme includes a preparation week and five weeks of work experience with a local employer, all with the dedicated support of a youth worker.

Building Connections

Building Connections is an investment in youth work to create stronger pathways to employment for young people.

Through this programme, UK Youth build the capacity of youth workers as Community Link Workers, supporting them to build partnerships and networks with local businesses and employers.

Building Aspirations

Building Aspirations is an employability programme designed for young people aged 18-24 who are not in education, employment, or training or are at risk of becoming so.

The programme’s core aim is to instill belief and confidence in young people through a skill-building curriculum, helping participants identify their interests and passions while creating a structured plan to achieve their career goals.
