Current or most recent role
As a Land Referencer, I oversee daily operations for the Midland Mainline electrification Transport and Works Act Order (TWAO). I am responsible for data collection, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory documentation, ensuring compliance with statutory rules. I play a key role in land referencing, supporting infrastructure development through precise mapping and legal coordination.
Previous experience
As a STEM Ambassador, I am committed to promoting careers in Engineering, Planning, and Land Referencing to students across the North West of England. Representing WSP at careers fairs, work experience programmes, and classroom-based activities, I have supported mock interviews, CV-building workshops, and industry insights to help students navigate career pathways.
I actively seek opportunities to engage with underrepresented groups, working with schools that have predominantly BAME student populations to broaden accessibility and inclusivity in the industry. By fostering connections between education and the professional world, I aim to inspire the next generation of talent, equipping students with the knowledge and skills to pursue careers in Planning and Engineering.
