This webinar is in collaboration with the University of Plymouth and is hosted by Nick Smith, Lecturer at the School of Geography, Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of Plymouth.

Nick will be talking to geography professionals working in the energy sector. Professionals will share their career pathway and talk about current projects they're working on, linking the geography learnt in the classroom with the real world.

This event is appropriate to all secondary school students who study energy in geography, as well as students who are interested in this topic generally. We hope this event will increase awareness of the career paths available to young geographers, and how they can access them.

This event contributes to Gatsby Benchmarks 4 (Linking curriculum learning to careers) and 5 (Encounters with employers and employees).
